Aromatherapy tip with recipe:
Blend for painful menstruation
20 ml base oil (almond, jojoba,…)
3 drops essential oil of geranium
3 drops essential oil of lavender
3 drops essential oil of Roman chamomile
3 drops essential oil of clary sage
3 drops essential oil of cypress
Preparation: Combine the essential oils in a dark bottle and add the oil. Close tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
Start using before the onset of menstruation and gently massage the affected area 3 times daily.
