Emulwitor 375

This is an O/W emulsifier for cold use, or it can be used in the hot fatty phase with a warm (hot) water phase. Once both phases are emulsified, add the cold aqueous phase.

Emulwitor 375 is made from European sunflower oil and lactic and citric acid of plant origin from Germany. It reacts best in the pH range between 4.5 and 10. Emulwitor 375 is partially anionic and is therefore suitable as a co-emulsifier for cationic emulsifiers.
